I really liked the part where you explained the relation to 'Value to the customer' and 'People doing it'. I realized I have done many projects with low value to the customer and no one doing it. The last thing got me excited, no one doing it, but the first thing I wasn't very conscious about, value to the customer. Also, I like choreplan.com, good idea. But maybe also low value to the customer?
