  1. I would like to second Jamie's comments. As a freelance translator, my work is not location specific, so I have been able to live in India, Thailand, China and Japan over the past 5 years. I have had a wonderful time and would encourage all who can do so to pack theirs backs and set off for parts unknown. The only caveat is that countries around the world are tightening visa regulations. (Ps. Loved you discussion of Harry Browne's How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World - I still remember buying the paperback edition at a Walden's Bookstore in the US more than 30 years ago while still in high school.)

  2. Thanks for your feedback :)
