187 How To Read More Than 50 Books A Year: Discussion With Hannah Braime

This week's show is a discussion with my lovely wife Hannah Braime about how to read more than 50 books per year (Hannah reads over 100 per year!). Hannah is a life coach and the host of the website Becoming Who You Are. In the episode we talk about why reading matters and share all the hacks we know for getting more reading done.

  1. Hi James and Hannah,

It's an old podcast but I just listen to it.
You refer about tools to directly scan the book and create notes. Actually I also like doing this in order to create a summary of the key ideas to keep in mind.
I was wondering which app would you recommend on a smart phone to scan the book and convert in a text, then combine all the scan in one document?

Thanks for the podcast and your help,

    Patrick

    1. Hi Patrick- this episode goes into scanning books http://www.thevoluntarylife.com/2014/05/157-how-to-go-paperless-part-2.html You need a physical scanner for that though.
